Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans v NZ Breakers 19/12/25

A Christmas present from the Taipans - a win over the Breakers, at home! A small contribution from Jack in his 200th NBL game (47 points, the highest Taipans score in the 40 minute era, from memory 1 more than Taj managed); seeing Sam back on the court and now working with the rest of the team the way Fordey always envisaged; Marcus working with Sam and Jack to put up 78 of the team 99 points between the three of them; Andrew with 9 assists helping make it all happen; the Minis and the Cheer Squad handing out lots of Christmas presents; so yes, it was a great night!

This was the first game for the team in a run of 3 games in 6 days, with Kings and 36ers to come, then back home for the big one on New Year's Eve against Phoenix. With luck, we could have Reyne back for NYE, which will make things interesting - we could actually have a full team for the first time this season! Be there (if you can get a ticket...)
