2026 Thunder in the Canefields Night 2 - 01/08/26

Night two of Thunder in the Canefields, and we were scrambling the whole night to stay ahead of the weather. In the end, Mother Nature won the feature race convincingly - even though the rain wasn't a downpour, it was way beyond safe to keep the Sprintcars running. Timing was really off - that was the only class affected.

Best race of the night had to have been the Feature race for Junior Sedans Top Stars, with the first three drivers covered by less than 3/4 of a second - and they weren't swapping paint!

So, on to Friday 7 August and then Saturday 8 August to see who will take home the Thunder trophies. No bets on who that will be...
