If we thought the conditions were ideal for racing on Friday night, they were absolutely perfect on Saturday night for the final of "Thunder in the Canefields". Didn't even need a jumper on.
And it all came down to the last night, with the series pointscore super tight, so it was all guns blazing for not just the Sprintcars, but every class was into it right from the green flag.
To keep it short, Brodie Davis took out the final and the series for 2025, with second and third separated by one point.
One of the biggest crowds we've seen at the Speedway in many years (several have said the past 20 years!) and they were entertained all evening. A couple of very unfortunate crashes, but I'm told everyone is okay.
