CQUni Cairns Taipans v Melbourne United 16/2/24

Well, what a way to finish - clean sweep the ladder-leading Melbourne United! A close game was expected, but the 4,378 present saw the Taipans lead blow out to as much as 25 at one stage, before being pegged back in Q4 to win by 9. 

That was a team effort, so I'm not picking out anyone individually. The main standout was the Orange Army, who still turned up and supported their team. Thank you.

However, that's our final game for the NBL24 season, now it's time for all the local basketball lovers to turn their attention to the NBL1 North season, where we get to see how the Dolphins and Marlins go.
