CQUni Cairns Taipans v SEM Phoenix 22/12/23

Giving something back to a ravaged community, the Taipans made sure they came away with a win over the Phoenix, even though Q2 was pretty ordinary. Phoenix held the lead for 17 seconds, the Taipans for 38:20 and won by 19, enough to move us up one more spot on the ladder. Not sure how long we'll stay there, there's a lot of basketball being played in a hurry right now!

Not the only game we play in a short period - we have the Perth Wildcats on Boxing Day, then off to Sydney next Friday followed by our traditional New Year's Eve game, this time against Melbourne United.

Lots of pics from the Corporate boxes, as the NZ/Kings game ran way late and there was nothing much else to do except sneak up on people :)
